Many countries in Europe such as Austria,Germany, Finland, Latvia, and Estonia, winter tyres are mandatory during the Winter months. Where this is the case winter tyres will already be fitted on your rental and included in the price.
Snow chains and sky racks are optional extras, so they will cost extra, they may be requested at the time of booking, They are not included in the rental price and are to be paid in the local currency at the rental desk when picking up your car.
