We rented a Hyundai i30 through Airport Car Hire at Dubrovnik Airport from
Hertz By booking through Airport Car Hire Network We got our rental 30% cheaper
then if we went through Hertz directly Thank you

We missed our flight and telephoned Airport Car Hire Spain
to let them know, they took our call at 3. AM in the morning and were able
to arrange an alternative car rental for us in Malaga for the later that day

What is Your Cancellation Policy?
If the booking is cancelled within 7 days
of the car rental booking date and at least 48 hours
before pick up time, all funds will be reimbursed. If the
booking is cancelled outside 7 days of the car rental
booking date and at least 48 hours before the pickup
time, all funds except a cancellation fee of EUR 25.0 and
the card processing fee (where applicable), will be
reimbursed. If the booking is cancelled less than 48
hours before the pickup time, no funds will be
reimbursed, or if you have a fully prepaid rental and
equivalent of 3 days rental plus €25 cancellation.
What is Excess Insurance?
Your car rental agreement normally
includes cover for Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and
Theft. However you are still liable for the Excess on CDW
and Theft. When a rental car is damaged or stolen, the
driver may asked to pay the first portion of the repair
or replacement costs. This is known as the Excess. Please
see your rental contract to see how much excess is on
your car.
No Excess Insurance covers you not only
for the total amount of Excess for which you are liable
if the car is damaged or stolen, but also for damage to
the roof and undercarriage of the car, and
windows and tyres.
How our Excess Insurance Works
The Policy Holder is insured , not the
rental vehicle. Excess is a voluntary insurance.
Decline the car rental company’s Excess cover at the
counter when you collect the car. If the car is
damaged or stolen, the car rental company will charge
your credit card for the Excess amount and you then claim
for reimbursement on your Policy.
